Death Note is based on the hit supernatural action-mystery mangga. The story centers around a high school student named Light Yagami who discovers a supernatural notebook called “Death Note” who were dropped by a rouge Shinigami death God named Ryuk. The notebook allows him to kill anyone by writing the victim’s name and picturing his or her face. The plot follows his attempt to create and lead a world cleansed of evil using the book, and the complex conflict between himself and those assailing him that results.

For those Death Note lovers out there, this is our chance to see the series in Live Action film. This will gonna be a fantastic one. The movie will hit only on May 20th and 21st in selected movie theaters nationwide. So don’t miss the chance to see this Movie.

Most people don’t agree to it but watching horror movies is actually fun. Horrific scenes sometimes makes you shout, you get shocked, get thrilled, and get even jumped at your seat. After all this intense emotions you felt while watching, you still enjoyed the moment and wanna watch again another horror movie.

Speaking of horror movies by the way, earlier while looking at the upcoming movies I found this new horror film entitled Frontier(s). The movie is all about a group of people who end up in an inn who run by this brutal people whom known as Neo-Nazi family who will eventually mutilates them and tortured them to death.

After watching the trailer I could say this film would be a must-not-miss-movie to watch for those who love watching horror movies. And interesting part here is that this movie is UNRATED and UNCUT. This part made me excite more because this is actually my first time to see unrated movies. Another one great bloody movie to watch.

The film will going hit on US theaters this day, 9th of May. But you don’t have to worry if you cant make it to the theaters since Frontier(s) unrated and uncut will be on DVD which will be available on 13th of May.

We are living in a supposed era of freedom of information, but in a world were supposedly democracy and freedom of speech and idea hold sway, then why do we still suffer from copyright laws, censorship and why everyday must people fight petty legal battles against conglomerate corporate might. Why still are people still suffering and being repressed for sharing ideas over the Internet, where such ideas should be able to flourish. Why do governments still attempt to control and limit our ability to create ideas and work as groups when groups that promote Nazi ideas and KKK groups are still able to march freely and in public. There is more persecution and censorship online than in the real world. Why is this?

Its because we are not intellectually free, and our governments fear our power as individuals to ride outside the system, to present ideas to one another and to be free of thought and mind, in a world that ultimately they have no control over.

The Internet and cyberspace, the last haven of intellectualism (if you can deal with all the leet speak that occurs), a place were many ideas can be shared by many people simultaneously. However the Internet is controlled and repressed by the government and commercial organisations that inevitably wish to restrict information and ideas, and want us as people to behave like sheep.

A solution must be found, and we have that solution. Independent media sites, community sites, many places on the web that are run by people for other people to use for free, where ideas are shared but unfortunately these are quickly repressed and controlled, but every-time one is taken down another 3 are created.

The Internet is free, Autonomous zones are created day by day, where people can do as they please, The Internet is our society, with our rules and our laws. The Internet is a true democracy. It should be The Democracy.

The question is:
Can we carry this democracy into all areas of life?
Can we remove those boundaries to free speech and idea?
Can we stop copyright and intellectual property laws?

The answer is yes, with time and effort maybe. Already many people globally fight for this sort of freedom. Can we as individuals, with our own minds, do less? No, We must fight for those ideals we believe in.

But we need to look at where the problems stem from. Cartels, and conglomerates of companies, corrupt bureaucrats and governments. So what can we do against such a force. An awful lot, Boycott industry and products, Vote for parties that have decent agendas, instead of voting blindly. Or form your own political parties. There are many potential solutions to these problems. At the most radical, overthrow the government. At the most basic, protest against them. We are intelligent people, and we have power.

It’s been awhile since I started using this one of a kind graphic editing software. It has been my primary tool for trade when everytime I’m editing photos, making graphics and wallpapers. Since the day I learned how to use this application I got also hooked to art and became an addict user of it. But what is Adobe Photoshop a.k.a PS anyway? What makes this software a must to use when you are in graphic or photo editing?

If you haven’t know yet what is this application I’m talking about well, here’s a brief information about this amazing software.

Adobe Photoshop, or simply Photoshop a.k.a PS, is a graphics editor developed and published by Adobe Systems. It is the current market leader for commercial bitmap and image manipulation, and is the flagship product of Adobe Systems. It has been described as “an industry standard for graphics professionals” and was one of the early “killer application” on Macintosh

The current (10th) iteration of the program, Photoshop CS3, was released on 16 April 2007. “CS” reflects its integration with other Creative Suite products, and the number “3″ represents it as the third version released since Adobe re-branded its products under the CS umbrella. Photoshop CS3 features additions such as the ability to apply non-destructive filters, as well as new selection tools named Quick Selection and Refine Edge that make selection more streamlined. Adobe released Photoshop CS3 Extended (version that I’m currently using), which includes all the same features of Adobe Photoshop CS3 with the addition of capabilities for scientific imaging, 3D, and high end film and video users.
